MJJT Consultants, Ltd. has roots in the IT services business dating back to 1996. It is the umbrella company for Ultratek Computers & Communications, Top Web Designer, Tri-State Web Marketing, Secured Transactions and several other properties started by Michael Takacs, MJJT CEO.

MJJT, headquartered in the Empire State Building in Manhattan, New York City. It helps businesses run profitably by using technology to give them a competitive edge. MJJT provides services from IT security auditing and management, software and database development and technical support to web hosting, web design and Internet marketing. Jenny Jo is president and co-founder of MJJT Consultants, Ltd. Ms. Jo also is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) which certifies her to audit information systems, as well as design, build and manage enterprise information security programs.

Michael Takacs is CEO and co-founder of MJJT Consultants, Ltd. He has been an entrepreneur in the technology business since 1989, when he established RiteWay AV Corporation, a production company. In 1996, he founded Ultratek Computers & Communications; in 1998, Top Web Designer; and in 2005, Tri-State Web Marketing.
